Privacy notice
What we collect when you contact us or apply to sell, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect
- Inquiry forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, container requirement and message.
- Seller applications: the above plus commercial registration and VAT numbers, trading address, and the company details you choose to publish.
- Technical data: a salted hash of your IP address, your browser user-agent and the referring page. We store a hash rather than the address itself so that we can detect abuse without holding a direct identifier.
Why we use it
- To prepare and follow up quotations, and to contact you about the enquiry you submitted.
- To verify seller identity and trading standing before approving a marketplace account.
- To detect and block spam and abusive submissions.
Who sees it
- Our sales team, and — where you enquire about a listing published by a third-party seller — that seller, so they can respond to you.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries are retained while the commercial relationship is active and for the period required by tax and commercial record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
- Seller records are retained for as long as the account exists and for the statutory period afterwards.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to info@acetradingksa.com. We respond within thirty days.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time; we will keep only the minimum record needed to honour that request.
Cookies
- The informational site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
- The marketplace sets one strictly necessary cookie to keep signed-in sellers and administrators authenticated. It contains a random session identifier and nothing else.
