FAQ
Site Offices containers — FAQ
- What is included in a site office container?
- A standard office conversion includes insulation, air-conditioning, interior lining, flooring, lighting, power sockets, a distribution board, a lockable personnel door and windows. We build on a 40FT high cube for standing headroom, or a 20FT for a compact post.
- Is a container office better than a portacabin?
- For most Saudi sites, yes. A container office is stronger, more secure, better insulated against the heat and holds its resale value, where a timber portacabin degrades faster. It is also craned and relocated in one lift.
- Can you customise the office layout?
- Yes. We add toilets, kitchenettes, partitions, extra windows and doors, and can link units into a larger complex — tell us the plan and we modify the shell to match.
- Does the office need power on site?
- It runs off your site's single- or three-phase supply, or a generator. We fit the distribution board and sockets so connection is a single hook-up once it is placed.
