Warehouse Containers in Saudi Arabia

Overflow and modular warehouse space you own — 40FT high cubes that add capacity without a new lease or a build.

In short

For warehousing, ACE Trading supplies 40FT high cube and standard containers across Saudi Arabia as overflow and modular storage — about 76 CBM each, lockable and weatherproof, from about SAR 9,800 used. Add capacity one unit at a time instead of a new lease. Delivered from Dammam with a same-day quote.

Warehousing containers, done properly

When a warehouse is full, containers are the fastest way to add covered, lockable space without taking on a new building lease or waiting on a steel-frame build. A 40FT high cube gives roughly 76 CBM — about twice a 20FT — for bulk stock, slow-moving lines, seasonal overflow and spares, and a row of them turns spare yard into modular storage you can expand one unit at a time. Many distributors and contractors use them as goods-in and quarantine bays, parts stores beside the line, or dry stores alongside a reefer for anything chilled. You own the space outright, so it keeps paying back against rent long after the first year.

Why it works

The case for containers for warehousing

Capacity without a lease
Add covered, lockable space on your own yard instead of signing for a bigger building or waiting on a build.
Most volume per riyal
A 40FT high cube is about 76 CBM — the lowest cost per cubic metre for bulky, light or slow-moving stock.
Modular and expandable
Start with one and add units as demand grows; line them up or stack them to suit the footprint.
Weatherproof and secure
Steel shells keep dust, heat-damp and rain off stock and lock down tighter than open racking under a canopy.
Owned, not rented
The space is an asset on your books that keeps paying back against warehouse rent year after year.

FAQ

Warehousing containers — FAQ

How much does a container hold compared to a warehouse bay?
A 40FT high cube holds about 76 CBM and a 20FT about 33 CBM. A few 40FT units replace a surprising amount of leased bay space for overflow, slow-moving stock or seasonal goods — and you own them.
Can I run a forklift between warehouse containers?
Yes. We position the units with the aisle spacing you need for forklift or pallet-truck access, and can fit ramps at the doors so pallets move straight in and out at floor level.
Is buying containers cheaper than leasing warehouse space?
Over time, usually. There is an upfront purchase, but no ongoing rent — most buyers find a container pays for itself against one to two years of leased space, and it keeps its resale value after that.
Can I add lighting and shelving inside?
Yes. We fit lighting, power, ventilation and racking as part of the conversion, so a warehouse container works as a proper store rather than a bare box.
